Stakeholder engagement

Stakeholder engagement

The idea of engaging with communities, staff and other stakeholders is now well established in public life. Stakeholder engagement is written into countless documents, statutes and guidelines across many sectors. It is an acknowledged pillar of better governance and an essential tool to help improve services. Retailers have been involving customers in this way for years, but turning stakeholder engagement activities into meaningful outcomes can be a difficult task, especially in times of financial pressure. MES started life in 2006 and ever since we have been delivering stakeholder engagement and participation support to hundreds of organisations. We do this through a blend of intuitive technology and expert ‘on-the-ground’ assistance.

Our MES Engage system is the market-leading engagement and communications hub, used by local authorities, NHS Foundation Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups. However, we’re much more than a simple database supplier. Our clients enjoy an unparalleled level of service and support from our various client-facing teams, who are passionate about our subject matter. We want to understand and help you achieve your engagement aims – from mass communications to hosting events, from managing formal public consultation projects to running bespoke research activities such as focus groups or workshops.

We offer end to end support for Citizens Panels. We’ll help you recruit, manage and understand your panel participants while assisting in the delivery of various engagement activities.

You can often find us out and about in the community running face-to-face consultation activities, focus groups, community events or collecting responses from the general public. Our experienced Research and Community team work countrywide engaging with large, diverse communities on a range of topics.

We make working with MES an enjoyable experience and our clients choose time and again to partner with us on their engagement projects.
