Stakeholder engagement is written into countless documents, statutes and guidelines across many sectors. It is an acknowledged pillar of better governance and an essential tool to help improve services. Retailers have been involving customers in this way for years, but turning stakeholder engagement activities into meaningful outcomes can be a difficult task, especially in times of financial pressure. We offer end to end support for Citizens Panels. We’ll help you recruit, manage and understand your panel participants while assisting in the delivery of various engagement activities.

You can often find us out and about in the community running face-to-face consultation activities, focus groups, community events or collecting responses from the general public. Our experienced Research and Community team work countrywide engaging with large, diverse communities on a range of topics.
