The next event in our 2018 Partner Programme will be MES Live – Birmingham, where we’ll be focusing on Foundation Trust memberships: what the future holds, how other Trusts approach engagement, and how best to meaningfully engage.
MES Live is our series of regional roadshows where you’ll hear from guest speakers and have a chance to discuss the hot topics of the day/network with fellow health engagement colleagues. As with all Partner Programme events, it’s also free to attend.
This free event is an opportunity for all staff involved in membership and stakeholder management, patient experience, communications and community engagement to network as well as to hear from guest speakers presenting on the hot topics of the day.
For our Birmingham edition, we’ll be joined by Kate Ballinger, Community Engagement Facilitator at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust, who will be speaking about the excellent engagement work currently underway there. Our MES Helpdesk team (who work with over 150 Trusts) will give you hints and tips to improve your engagement with members, and you’ll also hear our thoughts on the future of FT engagement.
