We will be holding four MES Declare user groups this year, in two batches and at different locations around the country. Our first batch will be held this May in London and Leeds, with our second batch taking place in the autumn in Bristol and Birmingham. We will be making use of the offices of our new parent company, Civica, as we look to broaden our geographic presence.
The dates for our first two user groups are:
- Tuesday 7th May (10am – 3pm) – London (South Bank Central, 30 Stamford St, London SE1 9LQ)
- Wednesday 8th May (10am – 3pm) – Leeds (Vanguard House, Dewsbury Road, Leeds LS11 5DD)
Our May user groups address our modifications, finding out what has worked well and what can be further developed. We will be looking ahead to upcoming modifications for 2019, most notably, further enhancements to the approval functionality and interpretation of staff data. As always, there will be a discussion around the CoI challenges that have been faced as well as strategies for dealing with those challenges, for instance, chasing declarations at the end of the Financial Year. If you have any specific topics that you would like discussed then please feel free to let us know and we will build them into the day’s agenda.
