Welcome to ‘Challenge 2020: Engagement and Experience’.
Now in its fourth year, ‘Challenge 2020’ is our annual conference dedicated to patient, public and staff involvement in the health sector. This year we’re focusing on stakeholder engagement (how do we meaningfully engage all communities in the planning and providing of health services) and experience management (how do we harness the power of patient and staff experience to make real improvements in the sector).
Joining us on May 21st at The Royal College of Physicians will be a roster of engagement and experience experts and progressives, each passionate about driving participation forward. Confirmed speakers are listed below with more to be announced soon.
