As previously mentioned, our annual ‘Challenge 2020: engagement and experience’ conference returns on Tuesday 21st May, and we are delighted to announce our main speakers. They are Rt Hon Stephen Dorrell, Dr Neil Churchill and Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards.
Stephen Dorrell is a former Secretary of State for Health and current Chair of NHS Confederation. He will be bringing his considerable experience from national government to give his view on engagement in health.
Dr Neil Churchill is Director for Experience, Participation and Equalities at NHS England. As such, he’s ideally placed to discuss the future of health engagement.
Finally, Eddie Edwards became Britain’s first Olympic Ski Jumper, when he competed at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Canada (where he was christened “The Eagle”). A film about his inspirational story was made in 2016. At ‘Challenge 2020’, Eddie will be talking to us about resilience/tenacity and the mental strength required to achieve his dream.
Our main speakers will be supported by an array of engagement and experience experts, each passionate about driving participation forward.
Here’s the best news: each client organisation receives one free ticket to Challenge 2020, with further tickets available from £195.
