Djifa joined MES in September 2016 as a Help Desk Advisor acting as the first port of call for clients seeking assistance and guidance. He has since progressed to Client Experience Consultant, having frequent face to face client meetings and training sessions.

Joining MES’s Help Desk team from its inception, Djifa hopes to help the newly established Client Experience team develop as they go forward.

With a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Keele University and previous experience working in media sales and with Lloyds Banking Group, Djifa uses this experience to expertly engage with all varieties of clients.

Djifa is an avid football fan and a keen film enthusiast.
