Richard joined MES in July 2017 as a Help Desk Advisor acting as the first port of call for clients seeking assistance, guidance and support in their day to day activities on our platforms.

Joining MES’s established Help Desk team, Richard is keen to grow within MES and take the role to new places.

In his spare time Richard enjoys playing games, and politics.
