Hello - welcome to Membership Engagement Services' website and news page.
The last few months have been really positive for MES and our clients. We have a number of new Trusts who have appointed us to assist them and we're confident that all are seeing that we deliver what we promise, and what our existing clients have kindly reported about us. Our first User Group meeting in April, held at UCLH's state of the art training facilities in London, was a big success. The focus of course was to inform Version 3 ... watch this space for the results in October 2009. We have some great new functions in the pipeline for you including the client area which will provide a whole new set of features too - beyond those on the database itself.
Incidentally, the next User Group will be on February 24th 2010, also at UCLH so book the date. We will send details nearer the time of course. If you would like to see us before then we will be at the FT Network conference in Birmingham in September (8th and 9th). Once again we are the main corporate sponsor for the event and so will be there for the duration - look out for our workshop sessions.
We have conducted major projects beyond our core database provision as well this year - in particular voter profiling, recruitment services, research and public consultation support for aspirant trusts. We are currently supporting Imperial College with on-site Project Management Support as their application progresses. Other trusts too are utilising things like our membership helpline and data entry service to provide cost effective support as and when required.
Our trip to the NHS Confederation conference in Birmingham went well - if you dropped by our stand thank you!
Our team would like to welcome our newest member - Vipul Buddhdev - he is a technical support to Hannah and is already making a difference to how well we can deliver to you. You will get to know him over time as he becomes ‘the voice' of our technical helpline service. Incidentally - this will soon be a free-phone service for you too!
Also a big thank you to our temporary support staff, Rob and Zulay, who have proved to be a huge help to us during this busy time.
